• "User" means any individual or entity registering or using Najahhub, including Clients, Freelancers, or Partners.
• "Subscription Fee" means the monthly fee charged to access the platform services.
• "Content" means any text, images, data, or materials uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Najahhub, Users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

3. Eligibility

Use of Najahhub is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older and to registered businesses authorized under Saudi law.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Najahhub may suspend or terminate accounts for false information or misuse.

5. Subscription and Payments

Details are available on the website. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Payments are processed via authorized providers, and refunds are discretionary.

6. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew using the selected payment method unless canceled before the next period. Najahhub is not liable for renewals that Users fail to cancel.

7. User Conduct

Users must not post unlawful or misleading content, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in spam or fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

Najahhub owns all platform intellectual property. Users grant a non-exclusive license to display their uploaded content.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Najahhub handles data per Saudi PDPL. Users must also respect confidentiality.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Najahhub provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for any damages or outcomes from user projects.

11. Termination

Accounts may be terminated if Users violate these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by Saudi law, and Riyadh courts have jurisdiction.

• "نجاحهب" أو "المنصة": تعني المنصة الإلكترونية التابعة لمؤسسة نجاحبورتال، والتي تُتيح الربط بين الشركات، أصحاب العمل الحر، والشركاء.
• "المستخدم": أي فرد أو جهة تستخدم المنصة، مثل العملاء أو أصحاب العمل الحر أو الشركاء.
• "رسوم الاشتراك": الرسوم الشهرية مقابل الخدمات.
• "المحتوى": يشمل النصوص والصور والبيانات التي تُحمّل أو تُنشر عبر المنصة.

٢. قبول الشروط

باستخدام المنصة، توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام والأنظمة السعودية.

٣. الأهلية

الاستخدام محصور بمن أتم ١٨ عاماً والجهات المسجلة قانونياً.

٤. التسجيل والمسؤوليات

يجب إدخال معلومات صحيحة، وللمنصة حق إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة.

٥. الاشتراكات والدفع

التفاصيل على الموقع. تُجدّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ. يتم الدفع عبر مزوّدي الخدمة المعتمدين، والمبالغ المستردة حسب التقدير.

٦. التجديد التلقائي

تُجدّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً. المسؤولية تقع على المستخدم لإلغاء التجديد قبل الموعد.

٧. سلوك المستخدم

يُمنع نشر محتوى غير قانوني أو مضلّل أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية.

٨. الملكية الفكرية

جميع الحقوق محفوظة للمنصة، ويمنح المستخدم ترخيصاً غير حصري لاستخدام المحتوى.

٩. السرية والخصوصية

تحترم المنصة الخصوصية وتطبّق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL)، ويلتزم المستخدم بالسرية كذلك.

١٠. إخلاء المسؤولية

المنصة تُستخدم "كما هي" ولا تتحمل أية تبعات للمشاريع بين المستخدمين.

١١. الإنهاء

يجوز تعليق الحساب في حال المخالفة.

١٢. القضاء والاختصاص

تخضع الشروط لأنظمة المملكة، ومحاكم الرياض هي المختصة.
